—Prefiling begins.
December 6, 2013
—Deadline for requests for drafts of any
bill or joint resolution to be prefiled.
December 27, 2013
—Such drafts shall be returned for
review no later than this date.
January 3, 2014
—All requests for drafts,redrafts, and
corrections of legislation creating or continuing a study to
Legislative Services by5:00 p.m.; All requests for redrafts
and corrections for legislation to be prefiled to Legislative
Services by 5:00 p.m.
January 7, 2014
—All drafts of legislation to be profiled
available (for legislators) at Legislative Services by noon.
January 18, 2014
—Bills and joint resolutions offered for
prefiling shall be prefiled in either house no later than 10:00
a.m., Wednesday, January 11, 2012. Any member offering
for prefiling a bill or joint resolution not submitted to the
Division of Legislative Services for drafting is encouraged
to submit an electronic version no later than 5:00 p.m. on the
day the legislation is prefiled.
January 8, 2014
—The General Assembly Convenes.
